ARTICLE X Section 10.1 The common area shall be occupied and used as follows: (A) Nothing shall be stored in the common area without the prior consent of the board, except as hereinafter provided. (B) Nothing shall be done or kept in the common area which will increase the rate of insurance on the common area, without prior written consent of the Board. (C) No owner shall permit anything to be done or kept on his residence lot or in the common area which will result in the cancellation of insurance on any residence or on any part of the common area, or which would be in violation of any law. Section 10.2 No garbage, refuse or waste will be permitted in the common area. Garbage and refuse collection containers are for the use of owners and renters only.
