As of October 1, 1992, the Board of Directors uses four different parking permits to implement the Summit Village Parking Program, which is explained in your Welcome Packet. In order to send you the proper permits, we need you to fill out the form below and return it in the enclosed self-addressed, stamped envelope as soon as possible.
